ANIMATION DEMO (ADULTS) 

Demos are created and directed by our animation instructor, Krystal Meadows.

This service is for actors who have an agent and some experience in voice-over or for actors who have previously taken the Animation Voice-Over Workshop with Krystal.

PART 1: CREATE and PLAY

Create:  Working with Krystal, you will develop and write scripts for 5-6 characters that will showcase your range as an animation performer.

Play:  During a 1 hour, in-studio session, you will play! Through improv and different approaches to the character's sound and text, you’ll tweak and hone each character so they are well defined.

PART 2: RECORD, EDIT AND MIX

Your job at the record is to relax and set yourself free to play spontaneously. Magic happens when you’re not thinking. You’re so in the moment, you surprise yourself!

Record:  During a 1 hour in-studio session, you will record multiple passes of your 5-6 characters.

Edit:  A final 1 minute version of your characters will be available within a week from your record date. We design our animation demos to be tight and take the listener on a fun ride through your range.

Industry standard is to have the performers voice carry the demo; so, we don’t add sound effects or music. It’s all you! So you’ve got to bring it in your performance.
